SOEPEL is an online platform dedicated to making mobility training and health-related content accessible to everyone from the comfort of home. Founded by Magali and Dries, SOEPEL offers in-depth online courses on targeted topics, personalised 1:1 coaching programs, and occasional workshops that focus on specific aspects of mobility. I attended their first handstand workshop, where participants explored this skill in detail, and I shot and edited video content for their social media + took some photos for a short recap right after the workshop.
